Warrior Training: More Than Just Yoga

Created by Scott Erickson, Warrior Training is a one-of-a-kind asana-based strength training system inspired by the principles of Hatha yoga. It combines the wisdom of yoga masters like Paramahansa Yogananda, Bishnu Ghosh, Bikram Choudhury, and Paul Grilley with cutting-edge strength and muscle development techniques.

Warrior Training Practice Week

Join Scott, Jorina, and our dedicated instructor trainees for an immersive week of training, learning, and lots of fun. Get a taste of the Warrior Training Instructor Course while supporting future teachers!

What's Included:

  • Access to ALL 15 training classes for the week

    • 7 Warrior Training classes co-led by Scott and Jorina, providing expert guidance and dynamic instruction

    • 8 Warrior Training classes led by enthusiastic instructor trainees, offering a supportive learning environment

  • A behind-the-scenes glimpse into the Warrior Instructor Training Course

 

Schedule:

  • Each day features 2-3 classes

  • Morning classes are co-led by Scott and Jorina, with trainee-led classes offered later in the day

  • Classes are 75-90 minutes long and operate at a moderate heat level

 

Cost:

  • Full Week Pass: €280 

  • Single Class with Scott and Jorina: €40 per class

  • Classes with Trainees: FREE

 

Additional Information:

  • No prior experience is necessary!

  • Mat and towel rentals available for an additional fee
