A Path to Mastery
Journey from learning and grounding (Foundation) to refining and deepening (Cultivation & Mentorship), and ultimately to achieving expertise, self-sufficiency, and creative freedom (Mastery & Autonomy)
The Foundation Course is an immersive 7-day program designed to transform dedicated practitioners into confident instructors. This hands-on training, led by founder Scott Erickson and principal instructor Jorina Innocent, combines intensive practice and real-world application to develop trainees into skilled leaders of the Warrior Training method. Upon successful completion, graduates will receive a Certificate of Completion and an Instructor Designation, signifying the start of their teaching journey and their path toward mastery and independence.

Cultivation Period
A Cultivation Period is a focused phase of practice and growth, during which graduates of the Foundation Course refine their skills, deepen their understanding, and apply their knowledge in real-world settings to enhance their expertise.​

Requirements

Practice 180 Warrior Training sessions (minimum 60 minutes each)

Lead 60 Warrior Training sessions (which count toward the 180 sessions practiced)
A Mentorship Course is a 3-day program designed to deepen instructors' skills and understanding by providing personalized guidance and feedback. This intensive course focuses on refining teaching techniques, enhancing leadership abilities, and fostering deeper self-awareness. Through hands-on experience and two-on-one mentorship, instructors gain the tools to elevate their practice and teaching to the next level. Upon successful completion of Mentorship Course 3, the instructor will receive a Diploma and a Senior Designation, reflecting their commitment and significant personal and professional growth. ​

The Mastery & Autonomy Assessment is a 1-day comprehensive evaluation designed to test an instructor's expertise, leadership, self-sufficiency, and creative freedom. This final stage ensures that instructors can confidently operate independently, innovate within their practice, and lead with authority. Through a rigorous assessment, instructors prove their ability to embody mastery and autonomy in their teaching. Upon successful completion, the instructor will receive the Master Designation and Mentor Authorization, marking the culmination of the Instructor Training Program and the achievement of the highest distinction level, along with the authorization to begin mentoring future trainees. ​
