Refund Policy for Merchandise

We have a 30-day refund and return policy for all merchandise, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return. All claims submitted after 30 days can no longer be processed. Refunds and returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty items. Please note, we do not provide refunds or returns for a change of mind.

Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can address the issue and make it right.

Please note, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, which includes returning items for a different size (and/or color). We provide accurate sizing charts for each product on the website. Please use these sizing charts to choose the correct size before submitting your order.

What if my product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a description of the damage along with a supporting photograph(s) to scottwarriortraining@gmail.com (within 30 days). (Please keep the item. Items sent back to us will not be accepted.) Upon review and confirmation of the damage, we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

What do I do with a damaged item?
Please keep all damaged items. Items sent back to us will not be accepted. After you receive a refund or replacement product, you can choose to donate the damaged item to charity, upcycle the item (use it for an art project or for chores or sleeping), or simply recycle it.

What if my order gets lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, please submit a claim to scottwarriortraining@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. All claims submitted after 30 days of the estimated delivery date can no longer be processed.

What if I provide the wrong post address?
Please make sure to provide a correct post address. If you provide a post address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our partner company. Please note, if a shipment is returned to our partner company due to an incorrect post address, you, as the purchaser, will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
